Question
I'm looking into becoming a sub contracter for a wellness center. I was just wondering what all taxes I need to pay and when. For the state of Pennsylvania.
AI accountant’s answer:
Of course. I'm assuming the wellness center is going to be paying you using a 1099. As long as that's the case, you'll need to file end-of-year taxes (like everyone). Unlike W-2 employees, you'll also need to track work-related expenses (tax deductions) throughout the year, and you may need to file taxes quarterly. The easiest way to figure out if quarterly taxes are required is to use our free quarterly tax calculator by downloading the Keeper Tax app from the app store!
