I started to pay quarterly taxes in 2020. I paid two of the estimated taxes and missed two. Should I receive a statement from the Gov showing what I paid. If so, what is the form number? If not, how do I deduct what I already paid?

You will not receive a statement from the government showing the estimated taxes that you paid. You can simply enter the estimated payments that you made in the app. You will be prompted to enter that information.
