if i have a LLCwhat tax return form should i have done for the business, schedule c or something else do i add that form to my personal taxes or do i do two separate taxe returns

Generally, if you are the sole member of the LLC, and if you made no tax elections with the IRS, you would file a Schedule C. If there is more than one member, and if you made no tax elections with the IRS, you would generally file a partnership tax return (Form 1065).
