I've been using Keepertax for several years without issue. In that time I switched from internet sales to roofing and had no problems. My best suggestion is to keep up with the deductions, so you don't have to figure them all out at the end of the year.
I usually have a great experience with Keeper Tax! I have been with them for 5 years. Not once have I had any issues! For an online tax business, Keeper Tax is top-notch!
Keeper Tax is amazing! It tracked my expenses all year and helped me easily designate deductions for my side businesses. It saved me hundreds of dollars not only from deductions but also not having to pay an accountant to do my taxes. Throughout the whole filing process, I could easily ask questions and my questions were answered instantly. I have always dreaded doing taxes, but this was the easiest time I have ever had- and I did them myself with the help of Keeper. So easy. I honestly don't take a lot of time to reviews, but I really think this is an incredibly helpful service for people with small businesses!

Using Keeper Tax was a breeze—they took care of my extension and return in no time. I can’t imagine using anything else from now on.
This was my first time using Keeper for bookkeeping and tax filing. In the past I just used spreadsheets and filed with Turbotax. This was the easiest tax return in years, I was able to link my accounts and review my expenses from the year, upload my documents and they handled the rest. I had a couple of questions along the way and they were answered quickly, even late evening and weekends. Any issues flagged were brought to my attention and I was given options to handle them. The only thing I had issue with was some of my transactions did not pull in from the linked accounts. I was able to find them easily and upload statements to fill the gaps. Still this was the easiest filing in years. This year I'll use the bookkeeping throughout the year and I'm sure next year will be even easier!
Love this app SOOO much! I request id to all of my co workers with their taxes. TurboTax just wasn't for me. This is easy and so helpful as well so i also understand what im doing.

The last couple years I have used TurboTax to file my taxes. I have always felt a little confused by at least a few questions they ask, but with Keeper, it was easier, faster, and more efficient since all my deductions were already loaded into the app. This is my first year receiving a 1099 and I wasn't sure how much work it would be, but Keeper made the whole thing as simple as possible
3rd year using the tool. Its the whole experience between it connecting to your accounts and making marking deductions easy. Then, also having a robust form process that doesn't feel overwhelming and provides clear information the whole way. Also works really well on web or mobile.

Ive tried a couple of online taxing for my self employed work and id say keepertax is the most simplest and easiest program to use. i used to spend about $500 to hire a person to go through my taxes and it was just a little too unrealistic for me to do. also tried turbo tax which is cheaper but not as easy going through deductions. so this has been a great service and will definitely use it again next year!

As an independent contractor and part-time/seasonal worker, Keeper is an amazing value and an incredible tool for filing taxes and logging expenses. I've had it for three years now. Before that I would file my own taxes. The amount of time saved with expense categorization and the value of having my return reviewed for audit risk is worth every penny.
Very easy to use
It was straight forward and very easy. I used a CPA last year and it took about 2 months for them to finish filing my taxes. This year I did a bunch of research and decided to file myself but with a platform that helps a little more than intuit or TurboTax. I paid the premium since I still have a complicated return, however its the same price as my previous Cpa. I was able to sit down and finish my taxes in about a day and a half. I like how I also have access to a CPA call once every 3 months so it doesn't feel like I'm doing it totally solo.
Extremely easy to use Keeper Tax! They were able to file my extension and complete my return in a matter of minutes. Not sure I'll use anything else moving forward.

Keeper Tax makes it super easy to mark expenses as personal or business-related and after using them vs TurboTax for tax filing, I'm hooked! I could drag and drop any tax forms I sent into Keeper and their software pretty much did the rest!
I left my taxes for the very last minute. I am a freelancer, 1099, so delaying makes the pain less bad in my mind. ANYWAY, it was too late to file with an accountant and I figured they just enter the same data into a program anyway. KEEPER helped me a ton by finding deductions in my accounts for me, then I could adjust as needed. I'll for sure use this from now on.
