I love how flexible it is. If I have the time, I can drop in and do some work. They can be crazy about how picky they are with your network connection, camera, microphone, etc. I see online that the hardest part is getting hired. I haven't had that experience. I would have preferred more information up front vs. a learn as you go kind of environment.

Very unpredictable and at times really demanding. Expect very hot and cold, to be dropped for no reason very suddenly, immediately, even when in the middle a project or sentence. More predictable and steady.
