This is a field with a very specific skill set. Designing custom pieces means a lot of customer service throughout the process. A lot of the customers don’t understand the difference between fine finish carpentry and DIY. how materials matter and the cost to refine them or upgrade them affects the bottom line. With custom jobs you don’t keep a storefront because the pieces are all I. Their forever home. It’s a buy now and trust the process buying experience.
