I love the flexibility of being able to pick up per diem nursing shifts. Medely is mostly PACU jobs though. Its not necessarily reliable for full time income, although I have used it as that for a short time period (a month or so) several times and it got me through in a pinch. I would turn on notifications so you always get the jobs, because they get picked up pretty fast. Also, this is 1099 work so you have to bear in mind that you wont be paying taxes, which if you are like me, is a huge bonus.
