Real estate agent

You help people buy and sell homes and earn commission when a deal closes. You cover your own costs, and income comes in lumps, not paychecks.

I love helping people buy and sell property- it is a range of emotions for everyone. I love being that guide and person to help make it go smoothly! To someone starting out, it won’t immediately be full time and it is hard long hours and what can seem like no return and a lot of money going out at first and none coming in, keep your head above the waters and push through for the long term! Stay persistent and focus on building your own routine and either have savings or a part time job! If I could change anything about it, realtors would be put on salary rather than being self employed.
