What do you love or hate the most about your side hustle? What I love most about Etsy is getting to be creative and come up with designs and products that people actually want to buy. I also love that once a listing is created, it can continue making sales without me actively working on it every day. The hardest part is how unpredictable sales can be. Some weeks are great and others are really slow, even when I haven't changed much. What advice would you give someone just starting out? Don't expect everything you list to sell. Start experimenting with different products and designs, pay attention to what gets views and sales, and then create more of what is actually working. I’d also focus on good mockups, keywords, and titles because having a cute product isn't enough if people can't find it. What would you change about your side hustle if you could? I would focus more on quality over quantity instead of feeling like I constantly need to add new listings. I’d spend more time improving my best sellers, researching what people are searching for, and creating products around those trends. I’d also try to build more consistent traffic outside of Etsy so I'm not completely dependent on the algorithm.
