Food truck
You cook and sell food from a truck at events, lots, and busy corners. Permits, a commissary, and the truck itself are the big startup hurdles.

The food truck is a convenient and enjoyable way to get good food quickly. I like the flexibility and the opportunity to try different meals, although busy periods can sometimes make the waiting time longer. My advice to someone starting out would be to focus on food quality, good customer service, cleanliness, and consistency. If I could change anything, I would improve the speed of service and make the ordering process even easier.
